LYS shipping is limited to the United States and Canada at this time. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped in 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Overnight and 2nd Day Service are not available for shipments to Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and select locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please note that LYS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location.

All Canada orders will be shipped International Economy at a flat rate of $39 and will include taxes, customs clearance and duties.  We highly recommend for cheaper shipping rates in Canada to purchase from Sephora.ca.

 

Returns

At LYS Beauty, we take a skin-first approach and strict formulation standards to create clean formulas to unlock your skin’s maximum potential.

Your experience is our number one priority. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or a refund on the unused portion of the products within 30 days of purchase from lysbeauty.com, excluding shipping and handling. At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Merch/Apparel, sale items and sample items.

If significant damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if any of the items you received are incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the quickest service. To assure a prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged or incorrect items for inspection by the carrier.

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@lysbeauty.com and someone will assist you with next steps.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest mailing returns via FedEx or another insured and traceable parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped ground usually take 5-7 business days to receive before they can be processed.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@lysbeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we will ask that you ship the product back and provide shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
